The American University Law Review is proud to congratulate Elliaina Sanders, a member of the Law Review‘s Volume 74 Editorial Board, on receiving the Law360 Distinguished Legal Writing Award from the Burton Awards, a national nonprofit program co-sponsored by the American Bar Association.

Elliaina was selected as one of just fifteen law school authors nationwide to receive this prestigious honor. Her award-winning article, Seed Patents: Enabling Innovation Beyond Biological Deposits, was recognized for its exceptional scholarship and contribution to legal discourse.
